FAST defence group options

Introduction to fastdefence
20 minutes

This is a free presentation designed to acquaint you and your staff with the program. This is especially beneficial if your group is signing up on a volunteer basis.

Awareness and Verbal Boundary Setting
2 Hours ( Complete Basics Workshop 31/2 Hours )

This complete basics workshop covers all the vital information contained in the Awareness and Verbal Boundary Workshop but also includes the physical self-defence component:

The physical component has proven to be the most popular part of the workshop with employees and an phenomenal team building experience. A lively interactive journey into Awareness of the common mistakes that get people into trouble, and how to overcome them. Scenario Based role-playing affords the students experience in using assertive communication to de-escalate situations that employees and all people often find themselves in. The course culminates in how to effectively deal with potential threats including Verbal Assault and Sexual Predators. What to do in a worse case scenario should you find yourself physically attacked! You will learn simple and effective strikes to vulnerable areas on the attackers body and practice them live while in the Adrenal Fear State.

 

How to set up a fastdefence workshop for your organization

There are two different options on how to pursue a seminar for your group:

For smaller groups who may not have enough people for a private seminar you may have your take part in seminar for the general public at a reduced group rate.

If you have between 10-20 people we could arrange for a private seminar for your group. We can travel to your location or you could come to ours. We can also tailor our workshop to meet the needs of your particular group.
